RestoreMap is an online directory that connects homeowners and property owners with disaster restoration contractors. We do not provide restoration services ourselves. We facilitate introductions between consumers and independent, third-party contractors listed in our directory.

3. No Endorsement / No Warranty on Contractors

RestoreMap.com is a directory service only. We do not employ, supervise, endorse, recommend, or warrant any contractor listed on this site. We make no representations about the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any contractor or their services. All contractor relationships are solely between you and the contractor. You assume all risk in hiring any contractor found through this site.

Contractors are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the services they provide. We encourage you to verify contractor credentials, request multiple estimates, and conduct your own due diligence before hiring any contractor.

We make no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of contractor listings, ratings, or reviews on RestoreMap.

4. Lead Submission and Consent to Contact

By submitting a lead or contact form on RestoreMap, you expressly consent to being contacted by one or more restoration contractors regarding your restoration needs. This contact may occur via phone, email, or text message. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of contractor communications at any time by contacting the contractor directly.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use RestoreMap for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from RestoreMap without express written consent.
• Post or transmit spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on RestoreMap — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Redan Ventures LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESTOREMAP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF RESTOREMAP OR ANY CONTRACTOR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REDAN VENTURES LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RESTOREMAP.COM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, IF ANY. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

By using RestoreMap.com, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redan Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of RestoreMap.com;
• Your engagement with any contractor found through RestoreMap.com;
• Any work performed by a contractor you contacted through RestoreMap.com;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Links

RestoreMap may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of RestoreMap after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from use of RestoreMap.com shall first be submitted to informal negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Travis County, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
